Me and my wife with along 2 kids immigrated to canada in 2014. My wife passed away and i moved back home with my kids there i found another person got married and she has a kid also. I have few questions
1. Can i sponsor her with no income?
2. Do i require any minimum income bracket as she has a kid aswel?
3. My tax returns are bare minimum will that have a effect?
4. I married another woman only after 5 months of my wife death will that be an issue?
5. I have no job right now will that be a problem?

How did you became a PR? Were you sponsored by someone?

1 - yes, altought you have to explain how your planning to support yourselbes without welfare.

2 - No. Only if the dependants have dependants.

3 - Not that I'm aware of.

4 - probably CIC will scrutinize your app a little. Can take longer than expected IMHO.

5 - read anwser 1.

So you mean i require minimum income as my wife has a dependant?
Me and my deceased wife immigrated in a provincial nominee programme
No. Only if the dependants have dependants.
If your wife's son have a son, for example.

Well, if your marriage is real, than it's real.
Use what you have to prove everything.
Skype log/screenshot, a good story about relationship development, letters from friends/family, pictures from events, pics of your wedding, reception, pics with family members, telephone history, Facebook convos... That's lots of things that you can use.

Anyone else with any other tips?
You need to learn to be much more patient. People offer information on this forum for free and sometimes it can take several hours to get a response. If you're unwilling to wait for answers, you should consider hiring the lawyer to represent you so that you have someone to contact for immediate answers.

One thing that the visa officer will consider important is the relationship that you have with your stepson, and that your wife has with your children. The visa officer will expect that in a genuine marriage, both partners will know a lot about the other's child or children. So if you and your wife do not yet have a close relationship with the stepchildren, try to develop one. In your proof of relationship, you should include proof of the good relationship each has with the other person's child or children. Photos showing everyone together; proof of communication; etc.
If there is an interview, make sure your wife knows all about your children.

People plzzzzzzzzz comment and advise as i am really lost here
Yes the lawyer is right...getting married 5 months after your wife passed away is itself a red flag.
Does it mean you were already seeing this lady while your wife was still alive ?
Is the kid of your new wife actually yours ? ......
You're screaming for answers...but you didn't answer how you immigrated to Canada.
This might determine how long you need to wait before you can sponsor someone again.
I think your case will be best handled by an immigration lawyer.

Best of luck !

If you look up you will see the answer as un how i got here (immigrated through provincial nominee programme). And yes you are right about the concerns you raised. After my wife passed away i was just so desperate. I really wanted someone to look after my kids as it all became so hard. Now i am all confused and worried as i dont know what to do. I think i should just hire a lawyer and keep my fingers crossed

If you look up, you will see that some of your posts were erased (lucky you).
People in here are just trying to help.

Did you realise that as a permanent resident you need to be in Canada in order to sponsor someone? So unless you can get her a visitor visa she won't be able to come to Canada to "look after your kids". As others and your lawyer have stated your marriage has many red flags, I would expect an interview and a long processing time.
