Hi,

I am getting married in May 2018. My fiance is from toronto, I tried for visit visa twice but refused based on Purpose of visit only, now she coming in May and we will marry and submit our case in may. How long they will take to respond ? and can i apply for Visit visa after i got married in May ? and if she lives here only for 2 weeks will it effect my case that she stayed for a short time period ?

You can forget about getting a visitor visa again because you've been refused twice and they know you're not just simply visiting a "friend" as you tried to claim previously, when in fact that friend is your girlfriend

To get TRV you need to demonstrate strong tie to HOME country.
Not the desire to stay in Canada. After you are married, your tie to home country is less strong. Your intend to travel to Canada as a visitor ONLY is lessen.

Applying for TRV should not affect your spousal visa. But make sure that you mention your previous rejections in your spousal applicant.

But why do you want to try it again since you've been rejected twice and now you have weaker proof to visit.

No i don't want to apply for TRV now, I just want to know that if last two TRV refusal will effect my spouse visa processing ?

It should not. It's pretty common for people to apply for TRV but you did lie.
Anyway you have to mention them in your application otherwise, you will be committing misrepresentation and it's very serious.

Well i will definitely mention in my application. And i didnt lie at all, i was visiting her in Canada and our wedding was already planned in May last year. Even if i go for visit i had to come back for wedding in May cause everything is arranged here.
