Spouse Sponsorship from Abu Dhabi Office

Hello Forum Members,

I followed tips from this forum and I am successful in sponsoring my spouse in EIGHT months from CIC, Abu Dhabi office.
March 10th 2014 I applied and November 18th, 2014 decision given that Visa approved and asked to submit passport and 2xphotographs for visa.
However, I received one clarification on October 1, 2014, to submit documents of my status in Canada from the Time applied till October 1, 2014. I have been in Canada working so I submitted all relevant documents by November 1, 2014 and November 18, 2014 decision was given to my spouse of Visa grant.
Important Tip:
Submit your documents as required by CIC in a an organized folder. Your file will move fast.

Total 8 months including first stage of sponsor's evaluation??? Like i submitted application to sponsor my wife on 20th Nov 2014 here in Mississauga Canada. I am Canadian Citizen studying here in Canada. Now cic website shows first stage will take 85 days i.e almost three months. later how many more months needed for second stage application processing for permanent residency for my wife in Abu Dhabi?
