Spouse Sponsorship Dilemma

Hi! I would like to ask your help regarding my situation. I was married twice in the US but both of those marriages failed. Divorced from both marriages.

Now, I am engaged, I live in the US and he’s from Canada. We’ve been together for almost 2years now. My question is, are we gonna be okay if he sponsor me after our wedding to come and live with him in canada? Wedding will be held in Canada. Just scared that since I’m divorced twice.

We are in a LDR for so long but never failed to cross the border mostly every month or twice a month atleast. Had trips with his family and friends as well. Love him dearly and I am hoping this time it will be forever.

I think you will be okay. Keep record of your relationship (photographs, trips together, email conversations etc.). After the wedding he will need to submit an application to sponsor you as a spouse. It, most likely, will be a routine case. Keep records of your divorce papers as you will need those documents.
