you have to do ur remed as soon as possible and copy the letter the doctor gaves and send it along wit ur passport... n if u havent paid ur RPRF then pay it so that ur spouse gets visa asapzion said:Hi Everyone,
We are in an URGENT situation. My wife's file was submitted in june 2011. She recently recieved 2 letters from CHC Isb. One is for a re-medical and in the other appears to be a passport request document. On one page they say that "your immigrant visa appears to be ready" and they have asked me to pay the "RPRF" immediately . Also it has a table requiring info about my wife like name, DOB,Passport # and stuff. It also has a checklist of documents that are required. On the last page of this document states that if we do not recieve your passport within 15 days, your file will be closed. On the medical document, they say that if you do not get ur medical done within 45 days, we will assume you are not interested.
We are confused here. What is the final deadline to send them everything. 15 days or 45 days? We have another problem here. While her case was in process, we applied for a visit visa for her on june 1st and we still havent heard from them about it. Should we get the visit visa cancelled and ask for the passport back so that we can send it to them for the immigrant visa? Or try to contact them and ask for their advise as to which path to take since they already have her passport? Is their visit and immigrant two totally seperate departments? Any advise/help will be highly appreciated.
