Are you planning on coming back to Canada before she gets her visa? You have a job letter, lease agreement, tax papers I assume?

Hello mushdi777.

My wife (a Canadian citizen), also living with me (Applicant) for the past 2 years. After speaking with individuals for advise (as Canadian citizen you have the right to have 15+ minutes free consultation according to the Law Society of Upper Canada), a letter from your current employer that you have given notice/resignation/transfer back to Canada. Forward that to your VO before the interview as well as sending a copy with your wife to have for the interview. A one-way purchase plain ticket and (or a reservation) and also give a copy of that.

This is in addition to any establish ties you may have in Canada (Car, property, loans, etc).

We hope this can help.

Regards,

My husband is living with me and sponsoring me from outside Canada. Nobody asked him to move back to Canada before the application is processed. And nobody asked him to give notice at his current job, seeing that nobody knows when this process will be over.

All we included in the file is an invoice from a storage facility where my husband left some stuff before coming here and a personal statement from him about detailing our plans of moving to Canada and the reasons he has to go back to Canada.
