hello,

dont know if this is the right place to ask or not. I have applied for my wife in the family sponsorship category (online). i received an email a few hours ago that my application status is updated. but there is no application number or no ROA. and I even log in and checked my application where it says the name, date, and submitted tab. there is a tab named "view" but it's not clickable. what does it mean?? can anybody please tell me?? thanks in advance.

Please I have a question as regards my spouse's sponsorship application.

Biometrics completed- Feb 2020
Medical completed- September 2020
Another Medical completed- October 2021
Requested for passport- Feb 11 2022
Submitted passport at VFS Lagos- Feb 17 2022
Received at Accra Visa Office/IRCC- March 9/10 2022

I haven't heard anything since then.
I was told that visa stamping only takes 2 weeks and also told it takes 3 months to process the visa.
I am just wondering what's going on and how long would it take?

When did you submit your app? Inland or outland

I have submitted on 11th January 2022.
well its online. so it doesn't matter, isn't it the case? but yes I have submitted from Canada. but my wife was outside of canada

The place you checked was where you submitted your application. This is not where you check the status of your account. You have to look at your GCKey account or the new online tracker (You have to sign up for those. There are lots of links in this forum about that). But the portal where you submitted your application doesn't change throughout your application.
