Spouse Sponsorship and the NEW FIVE YEAR policy

Hi,

Did anyone of you were able to get hold of the new five year policy document when it comes to spousal sponsorship.

Anybody having a clear idea?

Does the person needs to wait for five year after getting married to sponsor the spouse or can he sponsor immediately?

I thought what I read said that if u were sponsored by a splice that u would have to wait 5 years befor u could sponsor a spouse. Which would make people really think twice About marrying someone just for pr and then devorcing and then marrying and sponsoring their boyfriend. But I could have read that wrong. If this is. Correct I think it is a good thing for us legitimate relationships. Ppm made a good post about this earlier.
