I am looking for advise and tips on getting my Algerian husband to Canada.
I am a canadian citizen, in the process of divorce and have 2 children. I have done an El Fatiha with my current husband, that is a islamic marriage.
I am wondering about a few things.
Anyone with experience in an algerian obtaining a temporary resident visa?
Married legally in Algeria? I am unsure of what steps and documents I will need.
We have a lot of proof of our realationship, a million hours of chat, 2 vacations together, i have met all of his family, had a religious marriage with him, phone calls, emails, etc.
