The last communication from ADVO was on 8th April where they sent me ADR.

Can you please give the below dates so I may add you to the spreadsheet:

Same here jen pin ....... ma last communication with tha ADVO was on may 11 they asked for ADR thtat's it ......... nuthng till now we both r together juz few days difference in receiving ADR as well ....... hope we get a response soon dude ....... and about tha spread sheet ......I submitted ma case on january 15 2014 and tha same date is being shown on ma online checking status .......on december 23 2013 ma medical was submitted to cic ....... on 11th of may 2014 I got an e mail from ADVO asking for ADR thtat's it ..... jenpin dude thus we both r quite close keep notifying me with ur updates buddy ..... thanx

Jenpin dude I really dun remember tha date but ma wife got a mail at home stating that ur files has been reached abu dhabi ......... thz mail was in February I dun remember tha date nw but ill make sure about tha date and let u know soon !

So I am a Canadian citizen applying for my husband sponsorship. I have filled the forms but I have troubke getting the PCC from KSA. The VO is Abu Dhabi, I want to know how long do they normally take in order ti provide the request letter for PCC. He has his PCC from England and its about to expire in three weeks and we want to submit the application ASAP. We just werent sure if we needed to submit PCC for KSA now since we thought they would request it later. Please help me out anyone from Saudi Arabia if you remember the timeline of getting the PCC from Riyadh and if you can request your home embassy (Pakistani) can help you with providing one and id it matters how the request for PCC was put in?

In KSA It requires approx a month because ADVO takes time to send u the request letter for PCC..approx 2 to 3weeks...then u take that form to Police station here and they attest it

I think you missed my reply on your earlier question.

PCC should be requested from Abu Dhabi not from Riyadh. It usually takes 3 - 4 weeks (mine took 5 weeks)
You also need to request from Pakistan if your husband lives here for more than six consecutive months.

Unfortunately Pakistan Embassy in Riyadh cannot help you (atleast this is what they said to me) I got this with the help of my brother in Pakistan.
One more thing, Abu Dhabi will not issue a letter for Pakistan Traffic Police as it is not required.

I heard/read if any document is missing they will request so you can submit without PCC but this is not what I will do, I prefer to submit my application all in once so they do not need to ask me (which obviously will delay the application process time)

Thanks kmishal! I definitely missed your last post! Also ai have another question rrgarding the Instruction Guide for Middle East! There are a few forms and checklist there as well. I dont know if I have to fill in the Residency Questionnaire in that or not since i have heard that they usually ask ou to fill this at the later stage. As one of the questions says something like this in the end ".... since the time application was submitted." So i am assuming we dont have to fill this one yet and also the supplementary travel information (10 years as to where the applocant resided and visited), but I am still providing them with one since my spouse has already filled it out. But not too sure about the Residency Questionnaire. Your help is greatly appreciated.

That time, we wanted to submit everything at once. That is why we included all the information, we could, in the application pack

MP is your Member of Parliament.... This is ur area's representative in federal govt in Ottawa.... just google ur area's MP and look on their website to find an address or a phone number.... they will ask u to send them the info for ur file

They have absolutely no authority over the processing of ur file.... all they can do is ask for a status update.... if there is some communication that they say was sent to u but u actually never received it... the MP will request them to resend it... that's about all they can do...

In many cases the information MP's provide is outdated or completely wrong... in my friend's case his MP told him to expect an interview... which really freaked him out... but the next correspondence he got from CIC was the PPR.... lol.... so be aware that ur MP may not provide with correct info....
