Good morning Sarim, I understood that you are living in UAE with your sponsor, same as me. I have a question, what supporting documents did you provide for Document Checklist #20 evidence of sponsor intention to move to Canada with spouse?
Brief on us:
Me: applicant
My husband: Sponsor, canadian citizen living with me in Dubai for 10 years.
Children: one daughter.

Appreciate your help in this and thank you in advance

We wrote explanation letters from both sides like we both move to Canada as soon as i received PR visa and i shows some communication with employers in Canada to get a job and some home rental and purchase inquires with real state agent, all were like we are planning to move soon and my wife recently moved from Canada to UAE so she have good maintained account over there.

based on this they approved and grant me PR. we both still lives together and planning to move in May 16 which is deadline for my visa.

No all letters and every thing we sent in our package to Mississauga cpc later on my PR case processed in LVO ... and ADVO office i used for only visa stamping as LVO instructed to sent my passport to ADVO. During my case processing i sent only renewed passport copy.

I'm A Canadian Citizen and i have the intent to sponsor my wife to Canada. My wife is a "Badoon" (Stateless) and we both live in Kuwait.

I currently work in Kuwait.

1) How long is the process time for applicants now? ( From the Date of sending your App. to Canada TILL you get your visa)
2) Will they as ME to cancel any visa (Igama) from kuwait?

You don't get to choose which visa office processes your application (or we'd all choose the one with the shortest time). You send your application in to the Canadian address given on the application forms and CIC will decide which VO will process your application.

ur visa office will be London because of ur wife nationality.
But if vo wants to transfer to Abu Dhabi no issues

21 days gone still my passport is with ADVO in the process. I don't know why they are taking so much time. Anyone who submitted their passport in person at VFS in Wafi Dubai got their passport back from ADVO in this week?
