Hi is there any one can help me to join my wife in Montreal . We met in 2008 through family married in 2010 starts our process on the same year till now 2012 nothing they reject because i could not provide panel certificate from my country (ERITREA) in which it IMPOSSIBLE to have this certificate they know well because of poltical problems but i provide other all doucments i live in Italy now they said i have to wait hearing , Can any one help me how to pass this brocuarcy . thanks

1. You can't bypass the bureaucracy, your sponsor will have to appeal. Depending on whether it is Alternate Dispute or full appeal, it will be up to a year before s/he gets the hearing. Only if the appeal is allowed, will your application start processing.

YA MY PROCESS IS APPROVED IN 201O FEBRUARY BUT THEY REJECTED AFTER FOUR MONTHS IN ROME VISA OFFICE BECUASE OF THE POLICE CERTIFICATE I HAVE TO PROVIDE AFTER TIME I PROVIDE ALL THE POLICE PAPERS THE ONLY I COULDNOT FROM MY COUNTRY BECAUSE OF POLTICAL REASONS I EXPLAIN TO THEM AND THEY KNOW IT VERY WELL

MP is the member of parliament that is representing your spouses district in canada.

this is a website where you can go and put in your wifes canadian postal code and it will tell which MP is in her district, than you can contact him or her for help regarding your case.

and if they cant help to much, i would suggest getting a lawyer and appealing the case.

i just read all about eritrea. and its very sad.

there must be some way you can succesfully get to canada with your wife especially if the government knows of the problems in the country.

anyways try the MP, and see if they can help first.
