HI , every one ,we r new in this forum ,my name is khaka, from,srilanka,i am on student visa here in london
for quit few year,s my wife is a canadian citezen ,here is my timeline ,
sent application,misssaga, 12 nov 2008.
sponser approved ,from misssaga,5 dec 2008.
london visa office started 15 dec 2008
apprently when ,london visa office started my case they started my case and send me a file number ,18 feb 2010,
then they hed informed me about interview, but didnt tell me the date about interview,and just told me to wait
i could understand,that time ,but afterward,s i became to know something wrong,that apprently they dont care
,they kept me in dark about 5 mounths ,after a letter which i ,sended to them ,about my file ,after 5 days
they decided to give me a date ,11 aug 2010, for interview, you gyies will so surpries that the visa officer ,refeused me
,inspiet of that , we have our baby ,born in canada, the reason was that ,i dont belive that this marrege is a geniun marrege,
my wife put an appeal and we won ,if some body neeh d any advise about spouse interview ,or any immegration talk with
us.thankes

wow what a story.....i also a srilankan sponsoring my husband from srilanka...we had a love marriage i send my application on nov 29 2010...didn't hear from mis-office yet.....was ur marriage love or arranged?how long did the appeal take to win??

hello ,might, my case ,we have a love marrage ,khakha is my nick,our story is very strange ,we met 12 years before ,in a schoole ,when i was 17 old boy ,and she was 16 years old ,we met in a schoole when i been there ,to pick a sister of my friend with him,i never with a relationship with , and ,i met a of his sister,s friend ,we were in love ,met for 2 years ,and when her home people became to know ,they stop her schoole ,but she could not forget my landline number ,and used to call onece or twice in a day , afterwards ,they ,immegrated to canada ,but i thought in bezi life of canada she will forget me ,but opposite,after a year she call me again and i was so happy , but nothing think a marrege with her (you know long distence ) but she used to connected with me ,even durring the coming from jobs(from tel phone bothes,she used to call me ,and i could hear the strong sound of frizzing wind,even some time could nt ,listin her, brut she still ...........
after 4 years i went to london ,for my study , strugling in study ,and hard life of europe,
time spended as such like that ,we were dissconnected, but the luck was meant to be some think eals,one night i was
sitting and watching a tv ,some one call me 12 am midnight , and i recocognised her voice even after few year,s, she was telling me after 12 days i am going to get married ,which her femeily arranged for her ,she took my number from back home,i could not do nothing (even gave her best wishies)but after 10 days one of my member of my femeliy calld me that she calld us and was in very seriouse condition and she tried to caal me but couldnt got through ,and gave her massage and contect number for me, when i called her she told me that her marred couldnt being ,because ,,,,her femeliy became to know that ,that guy was only wanted to get marrage for only
for immegration perpose ,tgood news in sec wweek of jan ,consider xmiss holidays aswell.if y need eny exp ask plz.thankeshen they agreed for our merry its a long story mait ,how can visa officer keep us seprate ,tell me about your visa office ? we won appeal in 6 monthes by ADR,y must be know,by the way you dont need to worri if you will be fine about your side checks from missaga i,you will bi get

plz make shure for that people ,who are refeused,dont loose your hopes , if after the poor interview or visa application refeused
,all the time keep up date your relationship records,even after apply ,keep them jenrate,because y dont know the feuture,you might be neet that thingees,desprately ,on apeal thankes.

[wow that took so long over 2 yrs.. how come so long? I am preparing for them to refuse us and ask for a interview.. I am Canadian and my boyfriend is egyptian, we have only been together for 4 months but he is incrediable, amazing and I love him with all my heart. I am older then him and have 2 childeren and they all love each other very much. I was previously married so I think that there is alot against us. He will visit canada (if he gets a visa) and I will visit egypt and then start the process, I am gather all of our chats, skype history etc and when we visit will have as much pictures as possible.
I dont understand why they think people who are not inlove would put them selves through all of this worry and the money it cost for flights, applications etc... I am so scared that we will not be together and I try to stay positive. Any advise youahve for me would be great.

firsr of all ,for your kind information ,there is no kind of rule in enywhere to keep seprate
a coppule, let me tel you , some cases they use time tectics,to determind about the credibelity
of the case,they got confeussions ,
in your case i want to know quiet few things, in the eye of immegration.
1 how much your age diffrence?
2 the relationship your children and him,and how old r your children?
3 did y sponser your x husbend or boyfriend?
4 r you gong sponser him as spouse or other category?
5 when you r going to sponser him
6 whot is your prepration about documents and proof,s etc.thankes

well thanks for replying..i met him when i went down to srilanka dec 30 2009..we became friends and started talking to each other till november...he expressed his love to me and i said ok i love him to.......in march i went to visit him i was there for 2 months after coming back to canada he asked his parents if he can marry me but parent said no...so even after that we planned to get married even after that......so i went back and got married to him oct 2,2010 i came back and sponsored him with the small wedding with 18 guest no family attented only friends send in photos we took together and letters and e-mails he send me also greeting cards and money tranfer reciept what i send him.....phone bill phone cards...police and medical clearance.....marriage original and translated copy.........he was born in 1984 feb i was born july 1982.... he is singalla and i am tamil............i had a lawyer do my application...........please reply....

thank you.........couple of more question.....i was arranged married about 6yrs back and i sponsored him...inland..after he got his pr he started to play with my life that i attempt suicide was in the hospital for 1 yrs i no longer can work on odsp..........but i left him ever since....got divorce and moved on is my past gona affect in anyway?

benifets 3 year s undertaking ,then afrer wards afte be prepaid for next ,stage your hasband s intervi ew ,s chances r r 70% .
tell me about, 1 did you filled a divorce or him .
2 at the current moment is he liveng in canada ,
3 after got his pr ,how long was the relationship.
4 reason 4 divorce.
5 after divorce did he sponser somebody ,and when.

1..got divorced in 2010
2..yea he is living in canada
3..1 and a half yrs
4..reason was i found him in bed with another women that was the reason i try to kill myself couldn't handle it
5..so far he never sponsored any one

3yrs has passed since his pr....never been on social assistance.......but i m on odsp......

got y reply, in your case as i told you that increasd chances of interview,but dont worry .
in that kind of cases ,if interview comes normely they put for an interview queue ,for several monthes,
keep genrate more proof,s and if you r canadian citezen then you can live with him ,in srilanka , if your scircumstancs
permit you , when your hasband s interview comes let us know ,will help him to prepare,
do everything from your end.
expectation for his AOR from colombo office , last weeks of feb 2011,or 1 week of march 2011.
