Spouse score is zero after updating NOC

I have updated my NOC for the express entry profile. After updating the spouse section score is zero. Does anyone have any information or the same problem that can help me?

Yes! I'm having the same issue. I have submitted a ticket for tech support. Did you find anything to fix it?
