Spouse removed/deported. Timelines for Outland

Just wanna know who's in the same predicament as me. Was anyone's spouse removed. What was your timeline to get them back into Canada? Did you encounter any problems?

i am also in the same position as you, my husband was given a 1 year exlusion order so he had to leave Canada. We now an outland app at the visa office for 10 months now still no word from them. There has been alot of people who have been allowed to return to Canada after an exlusion order the only thing is the visa office may request an ARC if required.

So they havent asked you for an ARC yet?

And im assuming they ask for the ARC then the PPR. My husbands refugee and Praa failed so he was removed but i dnt think he got an exclusion order. I dnt know anymore. My husband left Canada when he was told after his PRAA was denied. He purchased his own tkt too

there not gona ask for an arc because the one year has already expired
