Spouse Primary Applicant but she does not work??

Can I make my spouse primary applicant due to her age and IELTS score, I can get more points. But she has experience of less than a year (No experience in Canada for both of us).
Can I make her primary applicant if she has no working experience?
I am eligible for express entry FSW as I have work experience as well.

So if your wife becomes the primary applicant with you as a dependant then what will her score be given the application would be based on that ?

Currently my score is in 340 as my Wife's IELTS result is no more valid, but if she gets 8, 7, 7, 7 i can score over 400.... IF she gets this score but no work experience, Can I make her primary applicant ?? Or the profile will get rejected due to no work experience??

Make no difference man, either 340 or 400, you need to up your game by a lot to even remotely have an opportunity. Your only hope with the current stage is PnP. But I doubt they will give it to applicant without experience and/or score only 340.

But if I get score of over 400, I have more options for PNP.
Manitoba PNP I dont have any connection. I can apply for Ontario PNP also.

No - you cannot. She must have at least one year of work experience to qualify to be the primary applicant.
