If applicant did not travel any other countries , you will get PPR soon within days not months. If traveled a lot they have to verify from all places. THNX

when i applied it was a blank passport....but in June i traveled to Thailand along with my husband ... Does that make a huge difference??

OH no , not a lot but say another month or so, it depends on the response from security agencies of that country they will use.Wish U a GOOD LUCK in few days

My application was received on May 15, 2018. UCI/application numbers received on June 16,2018. June 27,2018 I received a letter stating that I met the requirements for eligibility as sponsor. June 26, 2018 medical request /police clearance or police check for my husband. I sent police check on july 1,2018. He passed medical exam on july 10 2018 & they received the additional document(police check on july 10,2018). I received a letter on aug 14,2018 stating that cpc Mississauga will be processing the case. My husband lives in Sweden & he is Somalia nationality. I called CIC today oct 31/18 the agent said they will be sending the file to visa office in Nairobi Kenya for processing. I am worried does that mean they rejected my husband? someone that is familiar with this please explain to me. How long will the visa office in Nairobi Kenya for processing take?

As per past readings: His app was selected for quick processing when apparently Sydney guys decided to send it to Mississauga . Now they started checking again and felt few doubts and sent to his VO for further processing. Nothing to worry if marriage is genuine. Let them do their part

No firm ideas but it should still take total of 1 year from date of recvd. Rest depends on each file
