Spouse PR Visa Stamping urgent

Hi All,

I have applied PR under PNP with my wife. I got passport request for both from CPP Ottawa office. I resides in Canada but my wife lives in Pakistan how I can stamp her passport for PR visa. if anyone gone through with similar situation specially from Pakistan, please advise what should I do.

I already emailed them but i found with my friends that they usually do not reply to emails

I heard that some people got stamping from Delhi after their request.
