Spouse PR card not received

Hello All,
As a primary applicant, I've received my PR card. But for some reason, I've not received it for my spouse.
It has been over a week. We did our landing the same day.

Please advise me, if this is a normal case.

Same happened with me, my wife card was recieved but mine (primary applicant) was not. later my neighbour handed me my PR card because by mistake canada post person delivered it to my neighbour's mail box....
or
call cic and ask them when they have dispatched ur pr card was it with ur spouse or after that. It doesn't matter if landed same day bcoz the PR card processing centre is different....

Actually I changed my mailing address 3 weeks ago but only on my ecas records. And since the beginning I never found my wife's ecas records so I couldn't update for her.

Is it usually the case that CIC don't maintain spouse records on ecas?

How long was the gap between your wife and your PR card delivery?
