Hello everyone, we are in the process of applying for the spouse PR I’m being the Pricipal applicant and my spouse is a Canadian PR. I have some questions and looking for inputs, could you please share your thoughts from your experiences.
1: In the application process, in 5562 form there is a section B to submit spousal travel history.
The question is, do I need to submit his travel history or since he is already a PR there is no need to include that.
2: For submitting the WhatsApp chat, does the screenshots work or the entire chat history is required to be uploaded?
3: Also, as we see the processing time is taking longer, would it be advisable to apply for visitors visa after receiving the AOR ? Please advise if any one did this and got the visitor visa prior to the PR.
4. Also, can he apply for the Canadian citizen ship while the spouse PR is is under processing?
