Spouse Points not computed

Hi I need help,

I submitted an application and i declare i have a common law partner. We have included my partner's IELTS and ECA and i declare that she will accompany me in Canada and she is not a Canada PR or Citizen. However, my points is computed like I was going alone and there are no points reflected on her Language and Education.

Please help me. Do i miss out anything?

There are no partner points for education if it was taken outside of Canada.

Did your partner score above the minimum required in all of the bands for the IELTS General Training test?
