Spouse OWP request with main application PGWP request holding a contract job

Hello there!

I tried to find this specific question but I couldn't find it anywhere.

I am requesting my PGWP and I'll have a contractor job in a small startup - the pay is very good, but still working as a contractor(inside the noc) and for a very small startup.

So here's my two questions
- can I request the OWP for my spouse using my contract (no payslips yet)?
- does working for a small company affects somehow my spouse application?

My girlfriend current visa is a OWP with the remark "only allowed to work if the study permit applicant is enrolled full time [...]", so I am assuming that in the moment I receive the letter of graduation she MUST stop working, even though her visa goes until July, right?

Any help would be great!

1. No. You need 3 payslips.

2. No.

3. She can keep working while her permit is valid.

Since everyone is saying something different about the remark on her visa(one says she needs to stop, you said she can work, so...), I've also submitted this same question to the CIC website.

Once they reply my I'll update this.
