Hi

I have a query in terms of Open Work Permit

My fiancee is working in canada on temporary work permit and he will be applying for PR in August-Sep 2014.His Temp Visa is valid till August 2016

I am getting married in end of November 2014 in India and I will be applying for open work permit for canada from India with his supporting docs

i have 2 questions
1.How much time it will take for spouse get the open work permit from India so i can join my husband
2.If my husband PR application is already is process and i will apply for Open work permit from India.Is that fine ?
Also how much time my husband will have to file my PR with his PR application that is already submitted ?
