Hi all
My wife currenty studying in canada and i want to apply for SOWP , can anyone tell me it is benificial to put file from canada or not ?
some guys are saying that files from canada process earlier then the india is it true?

I applied for spouse and child from USA

applied on June 18th, mybiometrics are used from previous visitor application .

spouse biometrics done june 21, he be needing a medical exam but it’s still showing not needed no request yet.

Our eligibility review started on July 3rd. No medical request no BVL yet. It’s confusing

he did it by himself.
Since he is residing in the USA so no need for medical.
the timeline is

My husband applied SDS from Vietnam along with my OWP application on 27th May with upfront medical check.

biometric June 1st(biometric updated on the same day)
Study permit was approved on 7 July.
My OWP appliation is still pending.

Thanks for responding. I am waiting for medical request to come through for me and my spouse. We both applied together SP + SOWP on June 18th

I had a medical request today. i would want to know if after my medical, the panel physician will give me a document to send to IRCC or they will send the result to IRCC themselves. Someone should help me out with my inquiry.
