Hi , My wife working in canada She has work permit that supports to PR , Now i wanted to know will there be any refusul would be there for my open work permit as a dependent . I overstayed in Uk for 3 years have a ban . Will there be any affect of uk ban to my canada spouse open work permit?

A ban from UK can have an adverse impact.
When is the ban over? It would be better to apply once it is lifted
No one here can answer that question.
You may get a visa approved or you may not. Yes, it's possible the UK overstay may impact your application.
Make sure you declare the overstay in your application to Canada or you will put yourself at high risk for a 5 year ban.
Make sure you show ties to your home country such as property and assets.
If you declare then it wont effect your application. Don't hide anything in application.
