Spouse open work permit

Hi,
I have applied for my spouse open work permit in Abudabi. It’s being 6 months without any progress.
Can I change my primary office from Abudabi to India? As I am moving to India from Kuwait.

1. You cannot receive an Open work permit unless you are applying Inland. Your application will not work.
2. Post any spousal questions in the family sponsorship section, not visitors.

really 6 months from now, for me its been 2 months now.

I thought we need to follow Kuwait processing time not Abudhabi time.
