Approval of the full application will take around 12 months. Approval of the OWP will take around 4 months.

Whether you can switch jobs depends on what kind of work permit you hold now.

Thank you for your reply. I am on PGWP. Can I change my job?

Yes - you can. I'm assuming your PGWP is either still valid or your complete sponsorship application along with the OWP was received by IRCC before your PGWP expired.

Thank you. So, Do I need to inform to CIC that I have change my job or need to provide new employment letter? Because I have applied SOWP based on my current employment letter and pay stuffs and if CIC call them to verify my employment I won't be there. Is that okay?

Your question was misleading.
Previous replies assumed that you have applied to become a PR via inland spousal sponsorship. (i.e. your spouse is a Canadian PR or citizen and is applied for you to become a PR)
inland sponsorshp can include an OWP and this were the replies to your question so far.

Now it sounds like your spouse is a foreign worker and you are applying SOWP as a spouse. I have no idea but based on the "name of SOWP", I assume that you can work for anyone (the term "Open").

Post in the Foreign Worker section of the forum. This section is for Canadian citizens and PRs who are sponsoring their family members.
