Hii im indian citizen waiting for approval of my spouse open work permit.

My husband is full time student in canada doing his masters,we got married on may 10 2015.he missed some semesters during his visit to india for marriage and could not complete his studies specified time, so he applied for study permit extension and at same time he applied for my sowp application in online on september 20 2015. He got his study permit extension approved in few weeks, and im waiting for my sowp. What is the current processing time for sowp applied through online? It has already been 4 months that we had applied for
Sowp. Can anyone pls help me regarding my query..it would be a great help for me...eagerly for reply

Did u applied inside canada or outside?? And currently what is your status in canada?

Hiii currently Im in India waiting for my visa to enter canada. My husband is in canada on study permit he applied for his study permit extendion and my sowp together in online within canada. May I know what processing time does my application will come under?

No I have not done my medicals before...just applied for sowp without medicals and waiting for an update from cic to ask for medical request

Hi,

I think you should send a Case Specific Enquiry to CIC to know the status of ur application.

After medical test it takes 10 to 15 days to get your visa.

If that is the case, you should request GCMS notes to track the file. You will also get information, what is happening with your file currently.
