My husband is in canada on Closed Work Permit till sep 2020, I came in visitor visa on sep 2019. I want to apply for open work permit thro online. I have few queries
1. I already did Medical Exam in India before coming to Canada from Apollo - is this enough or do i need one more medical test here?
2. As per chats I could see that should show spouse account savings above 10k, but while filling the online application i did not see any section requesting for upload of bank statements. could you please help me on this?
3. Do I require Visitor Record to apply for Open Work Permit.

So lucky of him. I applied 6 September with upfront medical (passed 13th Sep) - no response as of now!.. Just background check and eligibility check in process...
Most probably you will get in upcoming week ,if you have applied from India ..As time are different for every place
processing time for UAE is lil more but you can get it where as 16-20 weeks from the date of applying .
