I applied my pgwp on June 22nd.. still waiting for the decision. I am working as a part time Retail Supervisor (NOC B) with 30+ hours/week.
Can I apply for a SOWP for my spouse in India. ( Three rejections while I was a student .. Rejected on grounds of family ties and financial status )

You need to wait until your receive your PGWP and provide 3 pay stubs.

Usual multiple months. Last time was around 4-5 months I think but these things are always variable. There is a lot more demand on immigration during the summer due to the large amount of international students (really skyrocked in the past 3 years), vacations and marriages.

Hi all,
Can anyone please guide me for online application for SOWP. When i fill in the wizard, i dont get owp as an option.

My case:

My wife applied for PR application (with PNP) in April 2019. We got married in June 2019. As of now i am a student in Canada, and my course ends in August 2019 and study permit is valid till Dec 2019. My wife has PGWP with NOC A job.

(Also, i am not eligible for PG-OWP as my college is not in the list).

I alpplied paper based sowp on 8 may My status was medical passed on 27 may but now today it changed to we do not need a medical. What does that mean anything similar happened with anyone here?

Hi all,

My spouse work permit will be expire in the end of July. We submitted the PGWP from May 22 and have been waiting for It. I have already had 2 paytubs with NOC B. The question is that should I submit her SOWP application now or change her status to visitor.?

There is a requirement of my status document in both application, including SOWP and visitor extention. What should I provide it because my PGWP have not approved. It is also related to the date I intend to live in Canada which need to fill in the application forms.
