I have applied on 4th January 2019, offline for Sowp. Got rejection today with the following reasons "You have not adequately demonstrated that you meet the requirement of a work permit pursuant to section 205(c)(ii) of the regulation.
please suggest how to proceed further.

Look for a better consultant. Embassy is mostly reject
there is a seurity atleast that vry soon u ll be gettng ur approved visa. Plz share ur timeline on which date did u applied and how much time does it take??
Hi everyone. I am currently on my PhD (commenced Sept. 2018) in Canada. I applied for SOWP on behalf of my husband on January 24, 2019 but today I got a rejection. Here is the reason:
you did not provide a valid Labour Market Impact Assessment from the Department of Economic and Social Development Canada and/or demonstrated that you are entitled to apply for an open work permit.
Please what does this mean? Note that LMIA is not required for our application. I feel really bad; we included every [possible document. Please kindly advise. Thank you

I applied for SOWP for my wife with upfront medical but they have sent the medical request to me .. what should i do ? medical centre says they can't resubmit it and medicals are valid for one year.. how do i know where should i contact ? I applied online my wife is in pakistan

My spouse OWP is rejected two times. In first letter reason was section 205(c) (ii)
You have been unable to adequately demonstrate that you meet the requirements of a
spousal open work permit under section 205(c)(ii) of the Regulations.
Second time refused on 1 feb 2019 with following reasons:
Grounds for refusal:
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 200(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 200(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 200(1) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
I don't know what to do know. Can anybody help me. Is there any chance to reapply? My consultant will apply for GCMS or CAIPS notes behalf of my husband in few days but for this my consultant asking for 150$ fees. Please give me a suggestion..

I have applied SOWP for my husband on 4th October. It has been applied from India. Can anyone please guide me how much more time it will take to get any update?
