It finished in July,2019.You should hear in the next month probably although it could still be refused. When does your student visa end. They are unlikely to grant on OPW for a couple of months.
Can't tell you. Spouses of international students aren't guaranteed OPW. Also it doesn't make sense to give out an OPW if you are nearing the end of your studies. Not sure that is the case. You can definitely sponsor a spouse if you have pgwp, full-time job in NOC 0 A or B and 3 pay stubs.Is it gonna be refused??

I also did not show my status as married when I applied for my student viza on Oct 17,2017. Can anybody tell me how much more time does it take?
