So, it's not a good idea to apply now? (With 6 months left on her study permit). And to apply for a visitor visa, that wouldn't be a good idea now?

I am so happy to tell u guys that my husband got PPR yesterday. this is the thired time I apllied for him and this time its approved.
ist time I applied as TRV and second time as SOWP but both times it got rejected.
timeline is as:
applied on DEC 7,2017
received file no.: Dec 8,2017
medicals:upfront
PPR : jan 31,2018

i got rejected ones time...reason my wife is working in skill level B from 9 Months.But officer said i m not satisfied she is skilled worker.
She completed her studies in Nursing after studies she got open work permit.
She worked 3 months as a cook in pizza store after that she got promotion and become food Supervisor .
I think officer think she has no degree related to hotel management or she has no experience in this field direct she appoint food supervisor.
Wht u think wht is your profile...plz help me...Give me advice

I applied online from calgary,Canada and my husband is in India.
the documents from my side:
my passport copy,
job letter with NOC code,
last three paystubs,
calling records as I am using RAZA calling it shows his phn number and for how long I am talikg to him
whats app calling records for one month
bank statement with $15000 CAD
MY WORK PERMIT
notice of assessment of 2016 year
as I am on work permit now so I did not attach any qualification documents
for husband:
passport copy,
his one photo
education records and experience letter from employer
we have joint bank account so we have showed 6 lakh in our joint account
marriage certificate
engagement ,marriage and honeymoon pics total 10 pics
calling records(I attached calling records from my side as I always call him , but from india he called me on whats app)
land title as joint name (affidavit)under my father-in-law and my husband, land evaluation letter (these are letters that I did not attach in last 2 app that were declined.
