hello twin, actually my wife had applied my open work permit application through Representative(inside canada).,So how i will get this information online or paper application?

Hi, at this time, my husband was still staying in Vietnam, and in my letter for explanation, I also asked cic for a quick process so I could come with my husband for September intake, but it didnt help much.

Currently I am residing in Montreal Quebec and I have a Post Graduation Open Work-Permit. I am doing a job here as customer service rep for a call center(NOC category C). I applied for my wives(outside of Canada) work permit and it got rejected because of my job not being NOC 0 /A/B category. Recently I got hired as a Technical Support Analyst(NOC B) for a software company for PART TIME position. But at the same time I am doing the call center job as full time.
Now my Question is can my wife again apply for her OWP with my PART TIME NOCB job? I am working as fulltime for this call center and beside I am working as PART TIME for NOCB job. Please let me know if there is any requirement that the NOC job has to be full time. please let me know
