Request for CIAP notes to know the exact reason for refusal. What additional documents did they request the first time? I applied in Feb 2017 for SOWP and mine was processed at AbuDhabi office. Got refusal on June 6,2017. Refusal reasons were1) did not receive LMIA letter 2) No proof of marriage. I requested the CIAP notes and the reason was there was no proof of marriage like marriage certificate and photos attached to it. My agent from India did not submit the documents I gave him with my application . I applied 2nd time on 12th June with explanations for the reasons they listed for refusal. My application was approve on 27 Sep and I got my passport stamped yesterday. I am thinking you would here from them soon.

What did you tell CIC when you called? I am in Canada and I called them to ask about my wife's application, but they asked me to contact the local embassy in Delhi. Any suggestions?

Hi, guys, my wife submitted SOWP on july 10th, file confirmation email received on 13th july. It says 80 days on their website for online file submission. Now 90 days have passed for my file. why they are taking so long ?
anyone did get result who applied in july month ? please let me know if someone got result near to 10th july.

Why she cannot login to her account. when she tries to login then it says session expire. She cannot log in . any idea guys ???

Online, and nothing about medial. My application account looks the exact same it did when I applied with this vague "still in progress" sentence
