hi everyone,
Please somebody help me with my confusion.My husband is in closed work permit which is valid for 1 year and went to canada just 2 months before.I want to apply for SOWP and i am confused with proof of funds he needs to provide.As its been only two months,he will not be able to show enough bank balance.And in my case in my home country my salary is paid in cash.Therefore,I dnt have any salary account or bank statement to show.

Can i show some amount in fixed deposit in my account?
In these ground will i be able to apply?
How can i apply please help.....

For paper based applications, no upfront medical.....does IRCC sends passport back nowdays along with medical request email...?
Or do they send medical request form in email only as medical can be done using other national ID's

My Friend received positive LMIA and job offer from Canada Employer. She is going to apply for Work permit.
She wants to apply for dependent visa her husband and new born baby.

Can her new born baby and her husband travel along with her. Will they get dependent visa along with her work permit.


What type of visa to be applied for Child?


Can she apply for open work permit her husband along with her work permit application ?

Yes. While applying her visa, she can add dependants, but they have to show enough funds and also some documents (assets and sale deeds) of her husband to prove they are bound to thier home country and they will return back.
