Same scenario here. I reside in Canada but my spouse is in Dhaka. Been almost 3 months yet no response. Did you a CSE? Did they reply?
I called CIC and they said they can't provide any info as i am not the applicant. Also they said i am not her representative although she filled out the representative form. They suggest me to ask my wife to contact with singapore VO.

My wife then did a cse to Singapore VO and they replied that they can't provide applicant personal info as they have different email address in their file(I applied from my CIC account for her(sowp) along with my PGWP extension so they have my email address that's why they are saying they have different email in file.)

Regards,

Sorry man. It's been 108 days for me for a reply. I just found one improvement on CIC status check " we are doing your background check". Dropped web form two weeks ago and still waiting...

Hello Folks,

Has anyone applied from United States, New York office? Could you share the timeline. US office seems to be a little behind in terms of processing time.

My timeline below:

Application: 21st March
No updates so far.
Processing time is updated to 15 weeks now (earlier it was 11 weeks).

Thanks.
Damn man, same here 13 march and waiting

Anyone here whose file is processing in Singapore VO?

My wife applied on March 14, still no update :(

They are showing processing time 10 weeks but no update yet :(
This is really frustrating :(
What's your current update? I Applied on 13 march via mycic. Where did you apply from? What was her document list? My wife is Vietnamese so it's complicated for us I guess

Regards,
I have already done several CSEs regarding attaching additional documents. I will do it next week if there are no updates. It says processing times 10 weeks and I am on my 13th week now.

Very frustrating

At least they can ask for medical then we will know they are doing something :(

Thing is if they ask for medical it would mean its almost guaranteed. So maybe they are a bit hesitant. I do not know why

Exactly same situation with me. My wife applied from Canada for me a day before you applied. After 12 weeks with no update since biometric, we dropped a web form to Singapore VO. They asked for privacy form to be signed, sent it and the wait is on.

Feels like they don't get it that we are human beings and we do have a life, keeping us waiting for indefinite time period is so unfair.

The time will depend on which country you are from. I found people over here waiting for months, even I myself waiting for last 16 weeks.

Hello Guys,

Just a quick help please. I got my SOWP approved and flying on 13th July. I was wondering what documents i need to show at port of entry (POE) at Toronto and what questions i would be asked !! added to that do i need to carry any cash in CAD to show that i support myself during my stay (my wife is on student visa and she has $10,000 CAD in her savings account)

Any help or suggestion on this is highly appreciated.

Thanks
