Do not overthink my friend, You will get it approved. I got interview call after 110 days and finally got it approved yesterday. :)
Don't worry, only thing u can do is wait!!

As per latest trend i have seen many people getting interview call these days.

Congrats! I'm applying online on Jan 19th still nothing yet. When you got the interview call did they provide you an address or something? Because the nearest VAC for me will be New York... I have to take a flight there... I'm worried about the time frame...

Interview over.
They asked questions about when we met each other first, why marry this person, why do you want to go to Canada, your recent fights etc.
Went through a few pictures. did not ask for marriage certificates.
Then about spouse's daily routine, job, job description.
End result: they're happy with proof of marriage, that part is over. Now they need spouse to send a letter from employer specifically stating the duties the job entails.
Offer letter with just title of job didn't suffice. they want to confirm its a skilled job. Fair enough.
Hadn't done premedical. So have to do that as well. They assured the remaining processes would go fast enough.
VO was Canadian. Very courteous.

So right now I have to submit job description document and medical. In cic account, they've updated the status and have asked for both of this. But, there is only one slot open to upload documents, and that is for 'Description of Duties'.
I've a doubt. Aren't we also supposed to upload the acknowledgement we get after undergoing medical? If so, how should I upload it? Is it ok to merge my job document along with medical receipt?
Or since most hospitals now do eMedical are we not required to upload the acknowledgement?
Kindly provide your thoughts. Thanks.

You are lucky that they have asked you for an interview because of the Visa office you have in your city. For us, we have to send it to Singapore and they decide on the file. No interviews :(

You don't have to upload anything in regards to medical. Once you are done with a medical examination your doc will compile a report and send it off to CIC. You should be able to see that through MyCiC account.

Hope that helps!

Paul,

I think merging the doc might help. Also you can send it as a CSE.Both ways it will be recieved.
