Spouse open work permit with depended child

Hi,

I am working in Canada with Post Graduate work permit, I want to bring my wife and 4yrs old son to Canada. There are few things I am confused about.

1. When applying, can I apply for them online through my cic account or my wife has to apply for herself and our child online?
2. Do I need study permit for my son, I want him to be admitted to a school in Canada next year, he will be 5yrs that time.

Apply through your account. Apply for visitors visa for your kid.

Since I am already in Canada with a PGWP, when I try to apply online for my family online, it also includes me in the application. Can I apply without including me?

Just want to clarify if anyone can please confirm. If I am in PGWP, do I have to pay tuition fee for my child if I admit him to a public school?
