Hello, My wife is applying for Post Graduate Program in New Brumswick, Canada through study visa. I want to go with her and work in New Brumswick. I have 7+years in IT Industry. Can I get the open work permit visa for Canada. I should apply for Open Work Permit Outside Canada or Inside canada?. I have heard of port of entry, They will provide the work permit visa on the day of entry. Is it true? Please advice me how can I apply for open work permit visa. What is the processing time?
