Spouse Open Work Permit taking long to process (applied from inside Canada)

Is there any update on the extension on study permit and spousal open work permit ?

We got the study permit and SOWP extension today after 142 days of applying within Canada. Applied Date: December 4th 2021. Approved Date: April 25th 2022.
