Spouse Open Work Permit Rejected- Pls Help

I am also planning to apply SOWP for my wife this week. My job type is NOC B and my wife is elligible to apply for SOWP. I will appreciate if you can please share the documents that you attached. it will help us. Any help will be appreciated

I am sorry for getting to you late...

I did not attach the marriage photos the first time so the second time I attached 10-12 photos ( all were group pictures)

Attached a cover letter along with an affidavit, recommendation letter

My husband's letter with his last three payslips, his appointment letter, address proof and work permit..
