I dont think thy ll take into consideration but u have an option for cse, just wait till 70

since processing time says 10 weeks, better to wait till it's past that before contacting them. anyways New Delhi office has a poor record of replying to even genuine queries.

All the online applications are processed in Delhi. I have already submitted a query form since 1 week but no reply. No update till now since 20th December.

Yes this is the first time that I have applied for my wife. she Never applied for any visa ever. This is the first attempt.
And I submitted the file online on 20th December with my Employer letter and my work permit and visa attached.
The only thing I see in cic account is submitted on 20th December.

Nope, my lawyer says wait for 12 weeks
