Spouse open work permit for March 2018

Hello, can you please tell me how you applied for your spouse's open work permit? was it online or via paper? I am trying to do so but it doesnt seems as straight forward because I keep going around on a loop with their forms. I am in Canada and on a PGWP

The thing is when we lodged the application, my husband was in Qatar that time, he just recently went home to our home country for good. We did update cic about the change of address but no confirmation about the change, only the approval of the application. We will still have to figure out where to exactly send the passport.

same here. We applied on 24th April and still under processing. Not even a medical request. We are already beyond 14 weeks.
Mine too April 30th no update at all...wonder what's going on in New Delhi embassy....
