Spouse Open work permit extension

I have a work permit in Canada from my employer till Nov 2021
I Applied for my spouse OPEN WORK PERMIT and she got one which is valid till Nov 2021

My Employer asked me to extend my work permit for two years. I am in process of applying it

I am little confused with the process now.
Can I apply for Spouse Open WP extension along with mine?

I submitted IMM5710e form, Spouse passport, spouse current status copy, Marriage Proof(Marriage certificate, passport)

Sir, what about marriage photos, chats, other proof ? Did you also put Proof of Funds for SOWP?

Our marriage certificate has our photo , my spouse name is in passport and vice-versa. I didn't provide proof of funds as it was extension of SOWP.
