SPOUSE OPEN WORK PERMIT EXTENSION(SOWP)

HELLO everyone I am on Study permit which will expire in march 2023 and my wife is on SOWP and her permit will expire in same March 2023 , I would be eligible for Post Graduate Work permit from January 2023. How can we extend spouse work permit. I heard the new rule that I need to submit 3 pay stubs and with specific NOC codes only. Could anyone elaborate and advice me in my case what to do to extend SOWP and will she be given the extension based on my PGWP 3 years? PLEASE HELP!!!

hi, you need three pay stubs from a NOC A, B or O job so your spouse can apply for a renewal on of here SOWP. If you get approval for PGWP, she'll continue to be your dependent and her permit should have the same length as your PGWP.

Thanq for your reply, does the job need to be full time (with no end date) or can be contract based.
