Spouse Open Work Permit documents

Hello, I have submitted the SOWP for my spouse who is with me in US. I have got my W1 visa will get the work permit once I land Canada along with my spouse. I did not attach the chat history since my spouse lives with me. Please advise if it is mandatory for us if yes , how to load the file after submitting application? If webform okay ?
