Spouse Open Work Permit CIC Account

Hello Advisors,

I am applying for my spouse open work permit next week online. I am currently in Canada working on my PGWP and my spouse is in India.

The question is, should I have to create a new CIC account under the name of my spouse to apply for her open work permit, or can I apply on her behalf in my own CIC account online?

Second, which documents I will need to make my application for my spouse open work permit?

Please advice me.
