hi guys,
feeling frustated..my fiance owp application got rejected
due to the reason that we did not demonstrate that we are in a common law relationship. we lived together from 2009 to 2012. we provided tons of evidences, but i am thinking i made a mistake on the IMM5409 wherein I put it we are in a conjugal relationship upto "present"
We would like to reapply but I am thinking how do I reappeal? Do I need to enclose the letter of rejection?
Can I explain that I understood the word "conjugal" in the form which means according to CIC website that we cannot live together due to certain reason (because I came to work in Canada 2012 while he is still in Macau) that's why I put in upto "present".
Please need your help guys I want to reappeal. Thank you
