spouse open work permit applied 2021 August

Hi, Everyone,
My wife got a student visa for the fall semester this September, Now she is doing her classes online, I applied for SOWP with my two kids (Dependent) this August, Medical, and Biometric submitted. But now in vfs global tracking result saying NO RECORD FOUND,
Is there anyone here having the same issue?
Anyone here who got the spouse open work permit recently?

hi anyone got update on there file as i have also applied for spouse visa this month
